Well, to tell the truth, these rooms have no resemblance whatsoever to the place I usually call home. My home is a typical Scandinavian «no fuss» house.

This is something completely different. Hazlitt’s hotel, London is everything my home is not. And I guess this is why I love this place so much. It offers a true break from my preferred simplicity.

Hazlitt‘s is full of books, and January is such a grey and rainy month here in London … I might just find a chaire by the fireplace …

It’s really fascinating how the of feeling “being at home” in an environment arises. I suppose the busy-ness of my mind and the busy-ness my home are both more comfortable when I am simply present in each and a holiday is always a chance to step out the usual.
I love the look of this place! Thanks for sharing.
The cozy, quiet warmth is very attractive – I don’t blame you!
