You could get some ducks for that nice little bay in front of your window. That would be almost like the penguins. Coots are nice. They go around in geometrically aligned circles and keep the water from freezing around their feet.
I haven’t seen any coots or penguins around, but here is swans, mallards, diving ducks, herons, and such a lot of sea gulls.
